WHITE FEATHERS SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTER

The White Feathers Skill Development Centre has been established to provide special skills to the staff and the students of the institutions established by the White Feathers Educational trust, one of which is the White feathers School. In this endeavor and quest to give the best to the students it was felt that two criteria had to be met: teacher training and student enrichment.

VISION:To nourish the inherent talent and explore untapped areas to produce experts

OBJECTIVES:

FOR TEACHERS: To provide in-house training, as part of a continuous and overall development of teaching skills among the teachers.

TRAINING: Teacher training is a must as it builds the confidence of the teachers, enables the teacher to understand the students and helps the teachers hone their skills constantly to enhance class room interactions.
Both in-house and guest resource persons are invited from eclectic fields to train and enhance the skills of both the staff and the students.

FOR STUDENTS: Student enrichment where the students are helped to realize and utilize his/her potential to the utmost.
Part of the objectives of the Skill Development Centre is offering Special Coaching in a wide range of Extra Curricular and Co-scholastic Activities to the students of White Feathers School.
