White Feathers school  believes in 360 degree feedback for both all the entities of the institution i.e, students, teachers, support staffs and the management.  PTA is a transparent way to get the exact feedback from the Students and their parents/Guardians in order to address their concerns in addition to the feedback of their wards which is shared by the respective teacher.

Mutually it helps us build a strong bond with our students & Family. It is a win-win situation for both the students and the management.

We are planning to create a parents administered board for the proactive participation of parents in shaping our day to day policies which may benefit everyone in the long run.
